Payment via PayPal only.
Once we received the payment we will start with your commission.
Please export all your audio files as .wav only and at least 24bit, 44.1kHz.
A commission can take up to 2 months, depending on the song’s complexity, how full our waitlist is, and especially because Sasi is a real-life mum.
Any cancellation of your commission will not be refunded once we have started working on it.
Credits are mandatory. You can link us in the description or additionally name us in the final video. Please make sure you/the animator spells our nicknames correctly.
Retakes will only be accepted before Sasi starts her part with mixing to avoid longer processing times. If there are retakes after that, an additional fee will apply.
